RPET 2012 - Rajasthan Pre Entrance Test is conducted by Rajasthan Technical University, Akelgarh, Rawatbhata Road, KOTA on behalf of Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan.

The admission into 1st semester / first year of different undergraduate engineering / architecture / pharmacy / diploma in pharmacy programs offered into various colleges across the state of Rajasthan is made on the basis of RPET 2012 merit rankings.

RPET 2012 is Admission Test for Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy courses offered in technical institutions of Rajasthan at under graduate level. Both, government aided and private unaided technical institutes of Rajasthan accept the merit ranking of RPET 2012 for admission into various programs.

However, BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other deemed universities do not accept RPET 2012 merit ranking and takes their own test for admission.

RPET 2012 Admission Procedure

Candidates eligible after declaration of RPET-2012 result will be required to fill option form for the purpose of admission. Subsequently the candidate will have to deposit Rs. 10000/- at the time of filling the option form. The admissions will be carried out on the basis of merit in RPET-2012, the order of options filled in by the candidates in the option form and seats available in respective institute. RPET 2012 Admit Card

Admission Card for RPET-2012 will be uploaded on web portal of RPET-2012. No admission card will be sent personally to the candidate. The Coordinator RPET-2012 reserve the right to withdraw the permission granted by mistake to a candidate who is not eligible to appear at the RPET-2012 even though the Admission Card has been issued and produced by the candidate before the Centre Superintendent of RPET-2012.
